Hometown is included with the Business plan. Pick it from the pricing page — no separate Hometown add-on or contract.

Start with a $500 balance
Activating Hometown adds $500 in mailing credits to your account. Cancel any time — whatever balance remains is fully refundable.

Auto-recharge stays on
Mail can’t ship without funds, so auto-recharge is required while you’re subscribed. When your balance dips below your threshold, we charge your card so daily sends never pause.

Your ad ships daily
Once your county has 2+ advertisers, we mail every new homeowner the day they appear in the move-in feed. $1.00 per recipient comes off your balance — only for cards that actually went out with your ad.
$500 balance is refundable
Cancel Hometown any time — your remaining credit balance can be refunded back to your card.
Auto-recharge is required
We can’t mail before payment lands. Auto-recharge keeps your balance funded so daily sends never pause for billing.

Business plan + auto-recharge
Hometown is a Business-plan feature, and it bills against your prepay credit balance. You'll need auto-recharge enabled so the balance stays funded between sends. Free and personal plans need to upgrade first.

Direct mail compounds — most advertisers see returns within 4 to 8 weeks of consistent presence. Plan to be in for at least one billing cycle.
7 days notice to cancel
Request cancellation any time. It takes effect 7 days from your request or at the end of your billing period, whichever is later.
